Year 2001

• Company founded

• Type S (DCL-10 Series), Type M (DCL-20, 40, 60 Series) successfully developed and launched

Year 2003

• Passed performance test of SITIIAS (Shanghai Inspection and Testing Institute of Instruments and Automatic Systems) according to the standard of JB/T8219-1999《Electric Actuator for Industry Process Measurement and Control System》;
• Passed the assessment of ISO9001-2000 International Quality Management System;
• DCL-M05, M10 Series, compact Multi-turn Electric Actuator, successfully developed by cooperating with Wuhan Navy Engineering University, mainly applied to automation system of ships and warships;

Year 2004

• Awarded the Title of Outstanding Civil-run Science and Technology Enterprise granted by Hubei Province Civil-run Industrialist Association
• Z Type (DCL-03, 05 Series) successfully developed and launched
• First batch of DCL Series electric actuators sold to Europe

Year 2005

• Passed inspection and test of SITIIAS, the sealing grade reaches IP68 according to the standard of GB4208-1993《Protection Class for Casings 》;
• L Type (DCL-100, 160, 200 Series) successfully developed and launched;
• Anually sales quantity reaches 10000 units;

Year 2007

• DCL-02 series subminiature electric actuator is successfully developed and awarded patent authority by the National Patent Office;
• The Electric Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Low Voltage (LVD) of DCL Series Products assessed by SGS Taiwan Ltd and complied CE Standard;
• The products are inspected and tested by SITIIAS (Shanghai Inspection and Testing Institute of Instruments and Automatic Systems), complied to the requirements of GB/T7094-2002《Vibration Test Method (Sine) for Electric Equipment of Ship》;

Year2009

• Micro regulation device of electric limit stroke and opening display device of adjustment convex type are developed successfully and awarded patent authority by the National Patent Office;
• Self-support import and export authority awarded by Foreign Affairs Economic Committee of Wuhan City;

Year 2010

• Compact Anti-explosion series electric actuator successfully developed and awarded Patent authority by the National Patent Office;
• Anti-explosion series electric actuators of EXQZ, EXQS and EXQM passed test (Shanghai national grade Supervise Inspection Station of Instruments Anti-explosion Safety, according to the standard of GB3836.1-2010, GB3836.2-2010 and awarded qualification certificate of Anti-explosion;

Year 2011

• Drafted out the China National Standard of 【Marine Electric control butterfly valve】 and 【Marine Electric control ball valve, approved by ship Standardization Committee , and issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information technology;

Year 2013

• All common series DCL products passed CSA certification per UL/CSA standard, export to USA and Canada
• Company relocated to No.6 Hengroad, liufangyuan ,East-lake, Hi-tech Development Zone, Wuhan. Existing production equipment can support annual 50000 units production capacity per year

Year 2014

• DCL-MZZ super small multi -rotation actuator successfully developed and launched
• DCL all series of products passed the EU RoHS test
• National high-tech enterprise certification.

Year 2015

• DCL05-60 series 24VDC modulating type successfully developed and launched
• DCL-K05 ~ K100 quick-open fast speed series launched with mass production, it can be customized within the range of 15Nm-1200Nm and with time around 2S/4S/8Seconds.
• DCL series electric actuators won the Excellent Award of Electronic Instruments in the "Made in China Beauty 2015" annual award.

Year 2016

• Participated in drafting the standard of Common and Interlligent Electric actuator for Industrial process control system, which released by MIIT and implemented in April.2017

Year 2017

• Annual sales quantity over 30000 units
• Long term supplier of world leading central air conditioner manufacturers, such as Gree, Media, Mcquay, Dunham Bush etc.

Year 2019

• Officially started CSA certification for explosion proof electric actuator, all anti-explosion proof series actuators are upgraded to comply to UL/CSA standard
• Officially started ATEX certification with SGS China office, all anti-explosion proof series actuators are upgraded to comply to CE ATEX standard

With 20 years experience in flow automation control field, DCL can provide professional suggestions for different pipeline medium, temperature, operation conditions and control systems etc. DCL not only manufacture and sell ball valves and butterfly valves with quarter turn electric actuators, we can also integrate gate valves, globe valves with multiturn electric actuators.

We keep continuously optimize products per customers' requirements and process flow to raise effeciency and quality.

Customized Design & Machining

DCL can do customized design for actuator, valve, valve bracket, coupling etc. We also have CNC machining center to support customized machining. Our supplier quality controller department strictly control the outsourcing parts quality.

Actuator and Valve Test

DCL has a full equipped test laboratory. We can do torque tests, start-up tests, life cycle tests, temperature tests, EMC tests, sealing tests etc. for kinds of actuators and valves. 

Field Service

DCL has a professional after-sale team that expert in debugging control valve and addressing field automation problem. DCL also build an online service system that can remotely provide service to customers all around world.
