600Nm 90W Explosion proof valve actuator IP68

1. Description

DCL explosion proof electric actuators are widely used in potential environment of flammable and explosive, such as petroleum, chemical, power plant, liquid gas, winery and metallurgy etc. To ensure workers are away from danger, explosion proof is a must. For different industries, zones and divisions, different explosion proof grade is required.

Actuators with ExdIICT4 and Group C, D T4 grade can be used in 90% explosive gas atmospheres except for colliery. The maximum surface temperature of actuator is less than 135℃ and 300.6F during severe duty applications. Over 10 years of safety operations in China, now all series anti explosion actuators have passed test process of CSA and been certified in 2022.

• Quarter turn operation with mechanical limits
• Cylinder stop type connection surfaces of every housing cover, flame proof gap and length complied to UL and CSA standard
• Class 1 Zone 1 AExdIICT4 grade and Class 1 Division 1, Group C, D T4.
• Double lip skeleton oil seal and O-ring seal to ensure protection grade to IP68.
• 10mm high strength glass lens for valve position indicator, keep strong hardness both in low temperature(-22F) and high temperature(140F).
• Hard die cast aluminum alloy enclosure to ensure actuator's resistance of high explosion pressure(＞2.2 MPa).
• Non-ventilated motor with fire treatment.
• Duty rate is 70%, S2 short time duty with continuous operation less than 15mins and S4 intermittent type operation with 1200times/hour.
• ISO5211 multi flange mounting.
